3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Sonakaari does not store or process your payment information.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be modified. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 10–15 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner. Sonakaari is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or incorrect shipping details.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of Chikankari products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sonakaari.com with an unboxing video. Products that are worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
