Return & Exchange
- Sonakaari accepts returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items, considering the handcrafted nature of our Chikankari products.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for verification.
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Once your return is approved, we will process it within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund or exchange has been completed.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method once processed.
