  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. During festive seasons or promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

  Return & Exchange

  • Sonakaari accepts returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items, considering the handcrafted nature of our Chikankari products.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for verification.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once your return is approved, we will process it within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund or exchange has been completed.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method once processed.
